What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. Please ensure the protective films are intact to be eligible for a full refund.
Are your watches water-resistant?
Most of our watches are water-resistant up to 5 ATM (50 meters), making them suitable for everyday use and light splashes, though we recommend avoiding deep diving.
