At Delhi Watch Company, we stand by the craftsmanship of our timepieces and offer a 7-day hassle-free return policy for all unworn watches in their original packaging. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are committed to making it right through a swift exchange or refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return and submit a formal request within 7 days of delivery.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the watch is in its original condition with all protective films, tags, and the warranty card intact before our courier partner arrives for pickup.

• 3.
  Secure Pickup

  A reverse pickup will be scheduled within 48 hours; please hand over the securely packaged box to our authorized logistics partner.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once the timepiece passes our internal quality assessment, your refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
